The Boston Duo Mixing Culture, Community & Global Sounds

When it comes to pushing the boundaries of Boston’s music scene, few names resonate as strongly as SuperSmashBroz. Comprised of brothers Muyi Fre$co and Noma Nomz, this DJ and producer duo has made it their mission to “Get Your Vibes Right”, blending global influences with local energy to create a sound that is both unique and universal. From curating high-energy DJ sets to producing genre-bending collaborations, SuperSmashBroz are more than just DJs—they’re cultural curators shaping the future of Boston’s music landscape.

Their 2017 debut project, “Family Cookout”, was a defining moment, bringing together over 30 Massachusetts-based artists for a 13-track mixtape that celebrated the city’s diverse talent. Since then, they’ve expanded their reach, working with international artists and infusing Afrobeats, hip-hop, R&B, and house music into their productions. Their latest album, “Loved Ones” (2023), takes this to another level—highlighting the importance of family, community, and cultural roots while delivering a fresh, boundary-pushing sound that resonates globally.

Beyond the music, SuperSmashBroz are deeply committed to giving back. Through a nonprofit initiative that teaches DJing and music production to youth in both Ghana and Boston, they are ensuring the next generation has access to the tools and knowledge to create. Whether behind the decks at major festivals, club residencies, or international events, their impact is undeniable. SuperSmashBroz aren’t just spinning records—they’re building a movement, one vibe at a time.
